Return Window

  • Returns/exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return/Refund

✅ Wrong product received
✅ Damaged/defective item
✅ Wrong size (for non-customized clothing)

Not Eligible

❌ Customized/POD items (unless defective/damaged)
❌ Used, washed, or worn items
❌ Items without original tags/packaging

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
  • Prepaid refunds → credited back to the original payment mode.
  • COD refunds → issued via bank transfer/UPI.
  • Shipping/cash handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges allowed for clothing if stock is available.
  • If unavailable, customer will get store credit/refund.
