Eligibility

• Customers must be 18 years or older. Minors may use the website under parental/guardian supervision.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are valid only after successful payment (COD is subject to availability in select pincodes).
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
• NB Store reserves the right to cancel suspicious/fraudulent orders.

Products & Customization

• While we aim for accuracy, product images may vary slightly due to screen display or printing techniques.
• POD (Print on Demand) items are created based on customer-provided inputs; NB Store is not responsible for errors in user-uploaded designs.
• Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, images, product designs, branding) belongs to NB Store. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

• All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Samastipur, Bihar (India) courts only.
